If you are a space nerd and wanted to work for NASA, then look no further as the space agency wants your help to improve the bland food astronauts would have to eat while on a mission to Mars. All you have to do is for 120 days, eat astronaut food during a simulated trip to the Red Planet. You will be given instant foods, and ones with shelf-stable ingredients, and scientists will record their reactions. The goal of the experiment is to discover what foods people like to consume consistently. The research is being conducted along with Cornell University and University of Hawaii-Manoa .
