Well it seems that Harvard is jumping aboard the ship of online education that being similar to MIT’s MITx program. As we covered the story of Harvard and MIT joining hands back in May launching the edX program allowing students to take online education courses easily.
Now Harvard is taking a step ahead via it’s Harvard Kennedy School, Executive Education department via offering FREE courses online to anyone on the planet, yes you heard us right anyone on the planet can register. For the first session registrations for Introduction to Accounting and Financial Statements webinar series, offered in conjunction with the Nonprofit Financial Stewardship Executive Education online program, are being taken.
Taught by the likes of Professor Ann, the course will allow as an experiment to tell Harvard how many students from abroad and locally come to learn online. Maybe I think a distance learning program for international students is being thought up?
Here are the rules:
IF YOU PASS THE INTRO COURSE THEN AND ONLY THEN YOU GET TO MOVE FORWARD AND COMPLETE THE OTHER FREE COURSES PROVIDED BY HARVARD

YOU WONT BE RECEIVING ANY CREDITS OR CERTIFICATES SINCE THIS IS A PILOT PROGRAM TO SEE HOW MANY STUDENTS BOTH NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL COME UP TO JOIN THOSE FREE COURSES.
HOWEVER PARTICIPANTS CAN RECEIVE LETTER OF REFERENCE AND/OR LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION ALONG WITH A RECORDED VERSION OF THEIR LIVE WEBINARS WITH THE PROFESSOR.
