Facebook Testing New Forms Of Survey Using Scale To Measure Audience Response In Ads

As reported by all Facebook, Facebook has allowed advertisers to incorporate polls into their sponsored stories since late 2011, but some readers are seeing a new variation that incorporates a sliding scale, rather than multiple choice answers.

Social Yeah Founder Kevin Evanetski spotted the recent example pictured to the right, in which users are asked how close they feel to the Colgate brand, with a slide bar that enables them to select a level between “not close at all” and “extremely close.”

Readers: Have any of you seen similar research poll sponsored stories with slide bars?
